Order Processing Time All orders placed on SubMart are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email or SMS, our team immediately begins preparing your package for dispatch. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

• Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. (Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer).

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (We occasionally run Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website's announcement bar).

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will share a tracking number with you via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery with our courier partner.

Damaged or Lost Packages SubMart takes extreme care in packaging your orders safely. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact our support team immediately at Support.submart@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 03408064000 within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
